Job Overview
An integral part of the leadership team at Ignatius House, the Director of Development develops and leads all fundraising and development programs, including monthly and annual gifts, major gifts, fundraising and special events, corporate/foundation grants and giving, and in-kind contributions. In addition, the Director of Development is responsible for cultivating a strong donor stewardship. The ideal candidate is a committed, innovative leader with a proven track record in achieving fundraising targets. The successful candidate should possess at least a bachelor’s degree and have 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, event planning, and non-profit management. Salary $70-85K/year.
