“And where you need to go is any place where there are arms that can hold you, that will not let you go.” – bell hooks

The God of Ignatian spirituality is the God who “acts in the manner of one who is laboring” (Spiritual Exercises, 236). Ignatius speaks of God dwelling and at work in all creatures, in all plant and animal life, and in us. Perhaps, we find two invitations that give us permission to extend our arms and hold our sister tight.

Your event begins on Saturday, May 25 with check in at 3pm. The retreat concludes on Sunday, May 26at 3pm. Upon registration for this event, you will receive a confirmation email from Ignatius House Jesuit Retreat Center. Another email will be sent to you in advance of the retreat with final details to know ahead of your arrival.

This retreat is limited to 25 participants.  The cost is $148 which covers costs for a private room & bath for each guest, and all meals, or pay what you can.

Lauren Morton is the co-founder/Executive Director of Bee at Peace, Inc. and a member of the Board of Trustees at Ignatius House Jesuit Retreat Center.
