Are you looking for peace during challenging times? Explore the Beatitudes–eight blessings recounted by Jesus in the Sermon on the Mount in the Gospel of Matthew (Matt 5:1-12). Fr. Matthew Linn, SJ, explains how these times of deep suffering become the times that most bless us with new life. This retreat will consider the healing offered in each Beatitude to create hopeful focus wherever we struggle.
This is a silent retreat. Guests are expected to maintain a sacred silence throughout the retreat, including at meals, unless otherwise noted. There will be periods of discussion and dialogue when prompted by the retreat director.
