We are excited to invite you to join the Ignatius House fall book study group as we engage in reading and discussing What Makes You Come Alive: A Spiritual Walk with Howard Thurman by Lerita Coleman Brown.
“The book opens up many windows into the legacy of Howard Thurman, one of the most important religious thinkers of the 20th century and an inspiration to Martin Luther King. Coleman invites readers to explore their own religious experiences that guide living with deeper meaning and fulfillment. Abundant insights are given for a lifelong journey.”
This 10-week study will take place on Tuesday mornings, starting September 5th and concluding on November 7th, 2023. Sessions will take place in the Trinity conference room from 10:15am to 11:45am.
A reading assignment will be sent out at least one week prior to the first session. Due to limited space, advance registration is required.
