Back by popular demand! As a friend to Jesus, an important figure in the resurrection story and a woman of great faith, Mary Magdalene has so much to teach us. Maria Cressler and Kimi Nettuno will share how this incredible woman can help us all grow in freedom, develop intimacy with Christ and cultivate the courage to be witnesses in the world.
This retreat includes multiple guided presentations, topics to contemplate and pray on, and plenty of unscripted time for rest. Come rediscover not just your best self but your truest self – as God created you to be.
This is a silent retreat. Guests are expected to maintain a sacred silence throughout the retreat, including at meals, unless otherwise noted.
Maria G. Cressler, MTS, is the Executive Director of Ignatius House Jesuit Retreat Center. She received a B.A. in Sociology from Georgia State University and a Master of Theological Studies, and a Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Spring Hill College.
After a health scare in 2018 that demanded a radical shift in her lifestyle, Kimi Nettuno, MTS, RYT, found herself diving back into a prayerful practice that once profoundly connected her to God. During those transformative years, she gathered over 1000 hours of yoga and meditation training; completed a Certificate in Spiritual Direction, a Bachelor’s in Theology and Business, and a Master’s in Theological Studies from Spring Hill College. Combining the enriching, healing wisdom lent along her journey, she passionately extends God’s embrace to others in the ministry of Spiritual Direction.
