Spiritual Resources

Throughout the year and through all life’s seasons, Ignatius House seeks to be a spiritual resource. Below are some resources, drawn from Ignatian spirituality and other streams of the Christian tradition, to help support you spiritually, physically, and emotionally.

Weekly Email

Sign up for our Wednesday prayer email. Each week, Ignatius House brings you scripture to pray with and a video commentary by the Jesuits and spiritual directors. Together, we’ll breathe life into God’s Word, drawing from the Ignatian tradition of contemplative prayer, which is simply “a long, loving look at the real.” You’ll discover that “real” to be God breaking into our reality, gazing upon us with love. Scripture selections reflect timely themes or liturgical seasons with a prayer format that is distinctly Ignatian.
