Renew with a Silent Spiritual Retreat

Near Atlanta and a world away…

Take a silent getaway to unplug, break from daily routine, and focus on what’s most important in this world – your own authenticity and well-being. Spiritual retreats at Ignatius House give you the space and solitude to focus on who your Creator made you to be – not just your best self, but your truest self.

Ignatius House offers spiritual retreats inspired by the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola, a Spanish nobleman recognized as a Catholic saint for his simple-yet-powerful, five-step method for daily reflection that has been improving lives since the 16th century.

“The greatest teacher is silence. To come out of interior silence and to practice its radiance, its love, its concern for others, its submission to God’s will, its trust in God – even in tragic situations – is the fruit of living from your inmost center, from the contemplative space within.”

– Fr. Thomas Keating, O.C.S.O.

Spiritual Direction

During or Apart from a Retreat…

Meet with a Spiritual Director for private conversation while on retreat or monthly at Ignatius House. Spiritual Directors are companions in prayer who listen, help you become aware of how God is working in your life, and discern how positive or negative feelings may relate to God’s action. Among the Spiritual Directors at Ignatius House are Jesuit priests, theologians, and men and women who have struggled with, discerned, and matured in faith. All Spiritual Directors have completed the Spiritual Exercises of Ignatius of Loyola.
