Enrichment classes and series are offered outside of an overnight retreat. You do not need to book an overnight retreat in order to participate.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction sessions teach the practice of mindfulness and its application to stress reduction, self-reflection and the mobilization of inner resources to support health, healing, cognitive performance and personal growth. For a longer experience, book an overnight, weekend Mindfulness retreat offered multiple times each year.
Certificate courses and graduate degrees meet at Ignatius House and are offered through Spring Hill College, a Jesuit institution.
