COVID-19

Review our Advisory  regarding whether or not to attend Ignatius House. Should you need to cancel your reservation, we can extend a credit for future use, valid for 12 mos. Should you need to leave an Ignatius House retreat due to symptoms of illness, the unused portion of your stay will be refunded.

 

Consider donating your payment as a gift to Ignatius House, if you are able to help offset a loss of revenue at this extraordinary time. Our costs continue whether Ignatius House is full or empty. Unlike for-profit organizations, we cannot carry forward losses to another fiscal year. We offer services at or below actual cost. Every dollar is appreciated.

Payment Policy

Accepted forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover cards. Please enter your name as it appears on your credit card and enter your billing address.

To discuss alternative payment arrangements, please call 404.255.0503. Financial assistance may be available for select retreats. We regret that reservations cannot be temporarily held while discussion of alternative payment is underway. Thank you for understanding.

 

Half-Day, Single-Day Retreats / Days of Reflection

Payment in full is required at the time of registration online via credit card.

 

Classes & Series

If registering more than 2 weeks in advance, you may:

  • pay the full cost online now by credit card, OR
  • pay 50% now by credit card online, then pay the balance by 14 days prior to the first session by phone or check payable to Ignatius House. Mail to 6700 Riverside Drive NW, Atlanta, GA 30328.

If registering within 14 days of the retreat, pay the full cost online now by credit card. 

 

Weekend Retreats

If registering more than 2 weeks in advance, you may:

  • pay the full cost online now by credit card, OR
  • pay 50% now by credit card online, then pay the balance by 14 days prior to retreat start date by phone or check payable to Ignatius House. Mail to 6700 Riverside Drive NW, Atlanta, GA 30328.

If registering within 14 days of the retreat, pay the full cost online now by credit card.

 

Week-long, Month-long, and Individually Directed Retreats

If registering more than 2 weeks in advance:

  • no payment is required until your application form has been reviewed and accepted. Ignatius House will contact you and request a 50% deposit to secure your reservation, with the balance due by 14 days prior to the start of retreat.

If registering within 14 days of the retreat:

  • no payment is required until your application form has been reviewed and accepted. Ignatius House will contact you and request a 100% payment to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Ignatius House reserves the right to cancel events for any reason. In the unfortunate circumstance of an event cancellation, registration deposits and payments will be refunded. Guests may elect to transfer payments for a cancelled event as a credit toward another event at Ignatius House.

Week-long, Month-long, and Individually Directed Retreats

Once your application has been approved and your reservation confirmed, Ignatius House begins preparing for your arrival. A spiritual director is selected, staffing and meals are planned and other events are selectively approved or delayed in order to preserve the silence you seek.

  • If cancelling more than 14 days in advance, a refund will be provided.
  • If cancelling less than 14 days in advance, a refund cannot be guaranteed. We prayerfully consider each request on an individual basis. Thank you for understanding.
